Kria jewelry is handmade in our studio and store by us in the Catskill Mountains of New York with reclaimed precious metals and 100% post-consumer packaging made in the USA. Jewelry is shipped in anti-tarnish tissue inside non-bleached, acid-free boxes printed with soy-based ink.

Store Kria jewelry separately to avoid scratches and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on jewelry. Remove jewelry before using household chemicals. Do not wear jewelry in a swimming pool or hot tub. Chlorine and extreme heat can damage the gemstones and metals. Do not expose any leather pieces to water or moisture directly when possible.

Aside from books and records, other products sold in our store and on our site are from independent artisans and vendors who also use sustainable practices and consider ethicacy carefully. We strive to keep the use of plastic to an absolute minimum by us and use 100% post-consumer paper padding when shipping. If you find plastic padding or wrap in your shipment, it was upcycled from the shipment to us by the vendor whose product you ordered.


ITEM AVAILABILITY
If an item is out-of-stock, please allow up to three weeks for production before shipping. For special requests, please email info@kria.world.

We do not sell chain or cord separately. However, if you wish to have your chain or cord replaced please see our instructions for repairs.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic shipping is sent Flat Rate Ground via UPS with tracking information and cost is calculated at checkout. UPS is responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we insure each package based on its retail value in the unfortunate event they do need to replace them.

International shipping is sent Flat Rate Economy via FedEx with tracking information and cost is calculated at checkout. FedEx is responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we insure each package based on its retail value in the unfortunate event they do need to replace them.


SALES TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES
We are required by law to charge state and local tax in the United States for orders that are shipped to CA, FL, IL and NY.

For international orders, customers are required to pay all tax and duties their shipment incurs. Kria does not have information on customs and duties, we are unable to estimate those charges, and we are not responsible for them. Please contact your local customs office for further information. All international orders including shipments to Canada are Flat Rate Economy via FedEx.


METHOD OF PAYMENT
Online, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

In our retail store we accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay and NFC contactless cards.


RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@kria.world within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. A Store Credit Authorization Number will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise by us.

No store credit will be granted without a Store Credit Authorization Number.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging with a printed receipt.

Initial and return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need to be well packaged and insured for the full price of the item. We can not be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to give store credit if the purchaser cannot be verified.

Store credit must be used within 30 days of issue to the customer.

All merchandise designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

One of a kind and special orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.


REPAIRS
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please email info@kria.world.

Please include a copy of the items receipt (for items less than a year old), a letter describing the repairs to be made in detail, your return mailing address, your email address, and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your repair.

For protection when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.
